I have a plate that belonged to my great grandfather, it sais Old Ivory syracuse China(O.P.CO) The Mayflower, on the back of it and the design on the front is like a pilgrim woman, sorta like a cameo...it has pink flowers and vines around the edges and a green border around the women...my moms always wondered what the worth of it would be, so any help would be much appreciated!

Take it to a local antique store. ask for a name of a person specializing in antique china and porcelain plates. Contact that person, meet with him/her and get the info you desire.
