Obama on illegals?

Does he not know that people are complaining about illegals (from all over) and not legal immigrants. He sounds like a race card player. Plus the fact he wants to give illegals drivers licenses. And it's not just him,it seems both parties won't so anything about illegals and the public wants them too.



The crowd applauded when he said some Americans complain about immigrants only when they come from Mexico, not Ireland or Poland. "My attitude is that everybody should come here," he said.



"When my father came here" from Kenya, "he didn't look like he came off the Mayflower," Obama said.

Obama on illegals?
I'd say both parties don't listen to the people when it comes to illegals. And yes,he is confusing illegals with legal immigrants. But that's what bleeding hearts do.
Reply:I need a link about that drivers license statement. I couldn't find it anywhere. But I found that he is for shoring up the Border Patrol and he voted for the fence.
Reply:He is for amnesty for all illegals, then give them all gov. benefits.
Reply:It is clear that not much can be done with the illegals in the country, so both candidates wanted to make them legal.



He wants better protection for the border so this problem doesn't reoccur.



He wants to help strengthen countries like Mexico, so people can be successful in their own countries and will be less likely to come here illegally.



I thought his answers were realistic. You can't hunt down millions of people living illegally here and deport them. It is impossible and costly.
