the question is "do you agree with Thomas jefferson's statement that the delegates of the constitutional convention were really an assembly of demigods"
I understnad everything i need to, but i cant really take a side. They were demigods in the fact that they created a unique form of government that protected the rights of indiviual citizens, and the longest lasting national constitution to date. And because of that, they're looked up to as the creators of our ability to run as a nation.
But, i can also see how i would disagree, becuase they used governmental and philosophical examples of from many other documents such as the magna carta, and mayflower compact to kind of patch together something that works. Plus, what they created was modified several times as time went on. I dont really know if they should be considered "Demigods" (half-god, half-mortal)
what are your opinions? i need help
REALLY need help on an opinion question for AP Government?
i agree, i also agree to ingest any substance one wont's, including marijuana.
