I Have A Bunch of Random Questions?

1) I am writing a play for these neighborhood kids who are 10,11, and 12. It's supposed to be about Indians and the settlers that came here on the Mayflower. What should happen in it?

2) Are you interested in historical fiction? Would you be interested in this kind of story: It's the time of the pioneers and this girls dad died when she was 8. Her new stepdad beats her and whips her for no reason. She runs away with a boy when she is 12 and her siblings who are still toddlers. She lived in the mountains with the boy. Two years later she gets married. A year later she has a baby. I 'm not finished the rest.

3) Do you like history?

4) What kind of book genres do you like?

I Have A Bunch of Random Questions?

1d) The hardship of understanding one another in terms of culture, language and customs.

2) Yes. I would not portray or elaborate in the whipping of children, particularly if it is intended to a young audience. I would focus on the survival and intriguing adventures of kids in the New World. I would follow up with a runaway Indian and the hardships of the times (No TV, no medicines, etc.)

3) No

4) Any genre with a twist and a lesson.

Good luck...
