How do you say this simple sentence in Italian?

OK, first, please do not give a regional Italian dialect...give the way you would write it in Italian in American schools...

...that the Mayflower did not sink

How do you say this simple sentence in Italian?
.....che il Mayflower non affondó....

or

.....che il Mayflower non é affondato....(hasn′t sunk)

.....che il Mayflower non sia affondato....

like in.... they said that the....=dissero che...

Mayflower is the name of the ship(or boat)and it would be male if it′s translated....

"fiore di maggio" is the translation of the name mayflower but you don′t need to change it!!!!!
