Conspiracy theories - iam a fan?

are they any out there who think there are alot of conspiracies going on out there. they even started a long way back e.g. who said and sat down and planned that africa should be called africa north america north america and new zealand new zealand etc. why do people not eat salt on thanksgiving day and the first settlers of america who came on the mayflower were were the black people who came there why no recognition isnt given to them and why is red red blue blue and why cant green be called yellow.

Reply:Try the death of Catherine the Great conspiracy. It is one of the biggest in history. Conspiracies are a constant in civilization. They stem from the need to color every fact in the best light. "Facts" are recorded not by historians but by people with opinions as to what is good and bad and suited for cultural memory. Like the death of Catherine. She died in a horse back riding accident when a block and tackle broke. We just weren't told who was on top. Truth. Then the conspiracy went to the next level of outright lies. We were then told she died in bed of an illness. The horse was removed completely from the story.

how do you know that green isn't already yellow, thus meaning yellow would be green and you are already calling green yellow.
Reply:The random thoughts you present as conspiracy theories suggest that you don't exactly have a handle on them. IE, Who killed Jack Kennedy? Did the CIA conduct the Trade Towers attack? Has Jon Benet Ramsey's father set up John Karr to take the fall to protect her older brother? Who is covering up the fact that outer space aliens are running the U.S. government? Those are conspiracy theories.
